An outage in an internal communication system affected the ability to (re)start applications from the portal in the last hour, or do related actions like show current log, show current running actions.

The problem has been resolved already.

This incident affected: Mendix Cloud V3 (Mendix Cloud V3 US, Mendix Cloud V3 EU) and Mendix Services (Deploy / Operate - Mendix Cloud).
