On Thursday 8 August from 10:00 CEST onwards, we will be doing additional maintenance work on Mendix Cloud v4 Free Tier EU to further optimise performance and stability.

The maintenance is in progress and proceeding well.

In the unlikely event that an app fails to resume, we recommend re-deploying the app from Mendix Studio (if the app was originally deployed from Mendix Studio) or Mendix Studio Pro (if the app was originally deployed from Mendix Studio Pro.

To better improve our internal monitoring, we are executing maintenance on Mendix Cloud v4 Free Tier EU.

This maintenance will happen dynamically, the next time an application is resumed. Applications will be recompiled with the latest version of our internal tooling (cf-mendix-buildpack). There will not be any downtime, but resuming applications may take a bit longer than usual, approximately 5 minutes. If your app is affected by this maintenance, the text on the "Resuming app" screen will indicate this.

As this maintenance will happen dynamically, we have set the maintenance window to an arbitrary 1 week to maximise visibility.

This maintenance will only affect applications started on or before 1st August 2019.

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your application resuming, please contact support, and we will resolve this.
