As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the reliability of backup operations, we are upgrading the backend applications responsible for backups in Mendix Cloud US-East, Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt), Mendix Cloud Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Mendix Cloud Free Tier EU, Mendix Cloud UK, Mendix Cloud IE, Mendix Cloud US-West, Mendix Cloud Asia Pacific (Singapore), Mendix Cloud EU (Frankfurt 2), Mendix Cloud Dedicated EU (Frankfurt) Sierra, Mendix Cloud Dedicated US-East Charlie and Mendix Cloud Dedicated US-East Colin. During this upgrade, any running backup operations (create, restore, download, upload) will be interrupted. If you are affected by this, please retry your operation after the maintenance window has completed. We understand that this may be inconvenient for customers, but this is an important part of our efforts to improve the reliability of backups for customers in Mendix Cloud.
