The deployment issue is solved. You can now deploy new Free-Apps or update existing ones.

The maintenance window for this upgrade was originally planned until 17:00 CET. We did not solve the issue about the deployment service, described earlier. We are extending the maintenance window to find a solution.

There are some issues with the deployment service. This service deploys new Apps and update existing Apps with a newer version. We are currently investigating the issue. As a result deploying Apps from the Developer Portal and Webmodeler is still not possible.

Free Tier EU is partially available again. The environment is busy with starting the Apps that are being visited via the "Resume" functionality. Deploying new Apps from the Developer Portal and Webmodeler is still not possible.

The application infrastructure is currently being upgraded. This is taking longer than expected. All Free-Apps need to remain in stopped state for at least another hour.

Currently all Free-Apps are stopped. You will get a "404 Not Found" error when visiting your Free-App.

We found out an issue with the upgrade procedure in the final testing before the upgrade and decided to postpone a week to sort out the details. The upgrade will happen on the 2nd of December.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Mendix Cloud v4 Free Tier EU. An important part of the application infrastructure will be upgraded to the latest version. During the upgrade all Mendix Free-Apps will need to be stopped. We expect application unavailability of about 1 hour. Free-Apps that are accessed after the upgrade will automatically start again using the "Resume" functionality. During the upgrade it will not be possible to manage/deploy Mendix Free-Apps from the Developer Portal and Webmodeler.
